We do not receive governmental or public agency funding and depend solely on the contributions of families who use our services. Gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. We will send a receipt, which can be used when filing your tax return.

Partners for Adoption is collecting for
“A Father Frost Christmas in Russia”.
While the holiday season is a time to celebrate, it is also a time to remember those in need. There are so many children in orphanages in Russia and all over the world who have not been adopted, and many of them have serious health issues which will prevent them from having the opportunity to be adopted. We would like to bring some joy and happiness into their lives by giving these orphanages the ability to celebrate Christmas and New Years.
Father Frost, pictured above, is the key figure of the Russian New Year -- he arrives wearing a caftan decorated with traditional embroidering and edged with snow-white fluff, a red cap, white mittens and felt boots. Boasting a luxuriant snow-white beard, ruddy nose and cheeks, and a cordial smile, he is leaning on an icy staff with a sparkling star on its top and carrying a huge red sack with presents for kids. He is said to bring presents to children, however, unlike the secretive Santa Claus, the gifts are often delivered "in person" at New Year's Eve parties and other New Year celebrations. He is typically accompanied by his fairy granddaughter Snegurochka (Snow Maiden), who helps him play with the children and present the gifts.
Partners for Adoption is planning to donate $3000.00 to the orphanages for older children in the Vladivostok and Kaliningrad Regions. We would like to encourage you to join us in donating money to be given to orphanages for these special moments for Russian children. All proceeds are tax deductible and 100% of all donations will go to the orphanages in Russia.
