Brittany’s Hope Foundation is a non-profit foundation dedicated to aiding abandoned children around the world.  They work with affiliated agencies such as Partners for Adoption to place unmatched special needs children in loving homes. Their grants are placed on special needs children who are waiting for a loving home; they do not award grants to families unless they are matched with one of our waiting children.
